Welcome to Mellom — a space designed for social moments, relaxation, and meaningful conversations throughout the day. Located on the ground floor of Teknostallen, Mellom has quickly become Trondheim’s new living room.
Whether you arrive early for a fresh juice, later for a more intimate evening experience, or somewhere in between, Mellom is built around the idea of the “third place” — a home away from home. A place to unwind after work, meet people, reconnect, and recharge before the day moves on again.
Raise the Bar was entrusted with designing the bar at Mellom, as well as the restaurant bar for GLØD. In addition, together with our bar consultant Richard “Chille” Man, we developed the beverage concept to support the venue’s identity and guest experience.
A space where relationships grow and energy returns — and where everyone in Trondheim is warmly invited inside.
